What's your order processing time?

In-stock item will ship within 2-5 business days, except in the case of special circumstances.

Pre-order Item will ship in 1-3 months, depending on the complexity of the design. Manufacturer's unforeseen delay man happen.

Where do you ship?

We ship from the United States and offer international shipping to many countries around the world. However, due to a very high percentage of lost packages, we currently do not ship to the Middle East and Mainland China.

What's your shipping policy?

Free US Shipping Over $45 & Free International Shipping Over $88


  • US:  USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business days) or USPS Priority Mail(1-3 Business days)


  • Canada: 1-2 weeks. Shipped via USPS, backers are responsible for potential custom fees once the package arrives to your country.
  • All other Countries: 2-5 weeks. Shipped via Pirate Ship. We're able to ship items to most of the countries, but if there is a problem shipping to specific place, I will contact you directly to resolve the issue. Buyers are responsible for potential custom fees once the package arrives to your country. 

Shipping upgrade is currently unavailable for international orders.

Sticker Shipping
In default, STICKER/PATCH ONLY order will ship with stamped letter mail to maintain low shipping costs. Tracking is not included for letter mail.
We're not responsible for any lost items for untracked orders.
If you want receive tracking for your order, please upgrade shipping at checkout. Adding any non-sticker item from my shop to your order will automatically upgrade to tracked shipping.

Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Marshmeollow is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept return/refund/exchange?

Our policy is no returns, exchanges, or refunds unless under special circumstances such as receiving a damaged item, an incorrect order, etc. In such cases, please contact us with your order number, providing relevant details and proof. We will review your request and provide a resolution accordingly

What's your grading system for pins?

▪️ Standard/A Grade: Closest to flawless, highest quality, may have very minor flaws that are only visible during a thorough examination, won't be noticed unless inspected up close.

Back part of the pins will not be graded unless it's severely damaged or missing posts.

▪️B Grade(Second): Quality is great, may have noticeable flaws but doesn't affect overall look of the design. May have minor but no large flaws on the main subject like character's face

- Wrong coloring on small area.

- Front surface is okay but back pin is flat instead of sharp pointed

- Minor oxidation of metal surface

- Small air bubbles or pores on enamel surface

- Small area of under filled enamel

- Small area of bubble on metal surface

- Tiny scratches on the enamel surface

- Small stained area

- Missing enamel on small part of the design

- Small off-set screen printing

C Grade(Toy Grade): Noticeable and large flaws at first glance, on main subject (character's face)

- Visible stains

- Large/multiple bubble and pores

- Large scratches 

- Multiple B-grade issues listed above

My package might be lost, what should I do?

If your package seems to be lost, please start by checking the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to see if there are any updates or delays. Next, contact the corresponding carrier with your tracking number to investigate the issue.

If the tracking shows the package is being returned to sender, once we received the returned item we will arrange to reship. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Can I combine in-stock item with pre-order item?

If you combine in-stock items with pre-order items they will be hold and shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

I don't strictly forbid combing in-stock and pre-order items, however since I have limited-space studio to hold items for buyers, I recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order item.
