What's a Pin Club?

Marshmeollow's pin club is a monthly subscription that members receive an exclusive enamel pin design created just for that month at discounted price.

Each month features a brand new pin plus a matching sticker. Members are charged once per month and receive their reward after production is complete, just like a presale.

Joining the club gives you special benefits such as discounted pricing and access to the secret shop, where you can find past club pins and other exclusive designs.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged immediately when you subscribe, and then on the 1st of every month for the upcoming design.

Please note: if you join near the end of a month (for example, on the 28th), you’ll secure the current month’s design. Your next charge will run on the 1st, and from then on you’ll be billed every 1st of the month like all other members.
If you prefer not to be charged twice close together, please consider joining earlier in the month.


All billing and renewal times are based on my store’s timezone: EST, not the customer’s local time.

When will the rewards ship?

Just like presale, each design takes about 4–8 weeks to produce and ship

 (Example: join in November → November pin ships roughly in December~January.)

production can sometimes encounter unforeseeable delays such as remakes, holidays, or shipping slowdowns. If any delays occur, I’ll always inform members with updates so you know the new estimated shipping time.

What is the secret shop and how do I access it?

Each month I will email out password for member to access the secret shop, please note password is for members only and cannot be shared to the public

Where are you based and do you ship internationally?

Marshmeollow is based in the US and ships internationally, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Can I get leftover pin club designs later?

Once the pins are shipped, extras will be available in the secret shop in limited quantities, accessible by pin club members only

Can I combine the subscription with your other item(s)?

If you combine in-stock items with the subscription they will be held and shipped together once the subscription rewards are ready.

While I don’t strictly forbid combining in-stock and subscription item, my studio has limited storage space for holding orders. To avoid confusion and delays, I recommend placing separate orders for them.

How do I check or manage my subscription status?

You can easily manage your Pin Club subscription from your customer account


Log in to your account on my website using the same email you subscribed with.


Go to Subscriptions


From there, you can:

Check your current subscription status and next renewal date

Update your shipping address or payment method

Cancel your subscription

Can I skip my subscription?

Skipping isn’t available for the Pin Club. But you can cancel anytime and rejoin later if spots are open.

To manage, log in to your account and click subscription to cancel

I forgot to cancel and got charged, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds are issued once a payment has been processed. Members are responsible for canceling their own subscriptions before the renewal date (the 1st of each month).

My address changed, what should I do?

Please log in to your customer account using the same email you used to subscribe, and update your shipping address directly from there!
Customers are responsible for keeping their address correct and up to date. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by old or incorrect addresses.
